Allison got her start in construction as a set builder and handyman and continued to hone her skills in every facet of construction over the last 20+ years. She founded PCI Builders in 2008 with the sole purpose of understanding every aspect of her clients’ vision. With an extensive background in construction, and project management, Allison has earned multiple awards including Best General Contractor in San Gabriel Valley, 2015 Reader’s Choice Award, and Best of Houzz in 2020.

 

Apart from receiving multiple awards, Allison is an alumnus and currently a Cohort Ambassador and Alumni Advocate for the Goldman Sachs 10000 Small Businesses program aimed at helping entrepreneurs create jobs and economic opportunity by providing greater access to education, capital and business support services. She is also an active member of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners).
